Pastoral care and wellbeing leads — age-appropriate destigma talks, parent evenings, bilingual resources.
Tāmaki Makaurau
Our focus is all of Auckland — every age, every suburb. We are based in South Auckland, and we want to walk with existing wellbeing mahi across the city, not compete with it.
Interest conversations first. Formal partnerships after incorporation.
Pastoral care and wellbeing leads — age-appropriate destigma talks, parent evenings, bilingual resources.
Gurdwaras, temples, churches, mosques — trusted rooms where families already gather. We bring mind-health language that respects faith.
Free, familiar venues for workshops, story times and elder cups of chai.
Align with programmes like Kia Ora Ake and similar community mental-health mahi — complement, don’t duplicate. Listen first.
Brain health for athletes and young people who “look fine” on the field.
Quiet introductions while in formation — purpose plan, not a fundraising pitch.
We are based in South Auckland, and our programmes are for the whole of Auckland — children, youth, adults and elders. Indian and Punjabi families are at the heart; every culture is welcome.
Services and partnerships will reach across the city — schools, faith communities, libraries, clubs and local wellbeing orgs — so support is not limited to one suburb.
